We did this to as a fundraiser to support the Nebraska Epilepsy Foundation and UCTNA. The proceeds of this event will be used by UCTNA to help people in need in Nebraska and to help buy people with Epilepsy wearables that monitor them for seizures and notify their care giver. Each monitor costs $375.

We were able to raise over $1500 in donations and fees. Everything for the event was donated by people involved. we hope to do this again next year.

UCTNA Nebraska invites you to join us for a fun evening fundraiser. We plan to blow up a car and you can have a chance to do just that. Take a shot at the car and blow it up.

We are doing this to as a fundraiser to support the Nebraska Epilepsy Foundation and UCTNA. Register to attend the event for a chance at the car and you will also be able to shoot at targets in the outdoor shooting range. For only $30. More information when you register will be emailed to you.

What has the Nebraska UCT done in the past.

Every year the Lincoln Council of UCT awards scholarships to high school seniors who are going on to college or trade school. Typically we award at total of $1500 between those chosen.

Over the last 8 years we have sponsored Poker Runs that raise money for families with high medical bills due to children with disabilities or major ongoing medical problems.

UCT service projects are typically handled at a local level for the benefit of people in the local community. Some of the projects that have been done include helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting cancer research, homeless shelters, food banks, youth programs, community clean-up projects and many other activities.

Nationally, from 2020 through 2023 members of UCT have donated over 210,000 hours of volunteer work and over $3,000,000 in support of local community needs.

When we run fundraising projects of of the net proceeds from the project goes to help local people in need or to the specific project we are supporting. We occasionally may run events to support the expenses of running our organization. When we do that we will let you know. If you make a donation to support a something be assured that is where it goes.
